TRANSVAC Annual meeting 2013

TRANSVAC is a collaborative infrastructure project funded under the European Commission’s (EC) 7th Framework Programme (FP7). The project is the joint effort of leading European groups in the field of vaccine development, and is coordinated by the European Vaccine Initiative (EVI), located at the University of Heidelberg.
TRANSVAC was designed in order to enhance European research and training and foster the seamless implementation of a permanent research infrastructure for early vaccine development in Europe. In order to reach its ambitious goal, TRANSVAC carries out activities at various levels.

The TRANSVAC project started in September 2009 and will have a duration of 4 years. Annual meetings are organised every year to give the opportunity to all TRANSVAC members to meet and discuss the status of their respective projects and tasks, as well as the progress of the TRANSVAC’s portfolio of activities. The TRANSVAC annual meeting 2013 will host about 40 members for a two-days meeting.
