Aging and decision making

The Alfred Weber Institute for Economic Sciences at the University of Heidelberg, Germany, organizes a two day workshop on 15-17 December 2011 on behavioural economics and ageing research.

We welcome diverse approaches, including, but not restricted to, theoretical, experimental, and neuroscientific. Besides offering networking opportunities, the workshop aims to further existing dialogues on how neuroscientific and gerontological insights can be incorporated into models of decision making in economics and psychology, and how these insights may help to better understand real world economic questions as well as to design more effective public policy.
